Valkenburg Family Ride MTB Route

De Leeuwhof 2 in Valkenburg

This route for the whole family takes you through a beautiful area in and around Valkenburg. The area is green, picturesque and contains some (pleasant) slopes for the novice mountain biker. This route starts from the Shimano Experience Center (Par'Course), where you will find all the facilities for a perfect bike ride.

With a length of approx. 16 km, this route is a variant of the existing Valkenburg Houthem route and is suitable for youth and families with smaller children. The route can be shortened halfway (just before the A79) to a route of 10 kilometers. Because this mountain bike route is part of a wide junction of routes throughout South Limburg, it is also easy (if you feel confident enough) to extend the route from Valkenburg to your own taste.

In Valkenburg the choice of cozy cafes and terraces is enormous, so after your effort it is easy to relax again or visit one of the fun children's attractions. This route is made possible by the Shimano Experience Center Valkenburg.
