This route is a long walk through the area of Natuurmonumenten. You walk around the Sint-Pietersberg, discover Fort Sint-Pieter and you have a beautiful view over the Maas and the ENCI quarry. The ENCI quarry is still under development. You will see activity, but also beautiful nature. This is really an absolute must.
The route starts at chalet Bergrust or at Fort Sint-Pieter (note: paid parking) and is about 10.5 km long. At Bergrust you can also buy a nice cup of coffee and parking (paid) is within walking distance.
The route is signposted via poles with a red triangle on a white plate. A blue arrow then indicates the direction.
