Windraak MTB Route

Natuurtransferium, Biesenweg 1 in Geleen

In South Limburg there are several signposted mountain bike trails with a total length of more than 500 kilometers. The routes are linked together by connectors, creating a network that ultimately covers the whole of South Limburg. It is therefore possible to discover the entire region by mountain bike. This network structure is unique in the Netherlands.

The Windraak route runs through various places including Windraak, Puth, Munstergeleen, Geleen, Spaubeek, Neerbeek. A beautiful break place is Terborgh Castle, but the Biesenhof is also ideal for this. The counterclockwise marked route is a route for the more advanced mountain biker. The route has many short and some heavy slopes. The route is built over already existing paths and has some nice, technical singletracks.
