Hollenfels-Larochette

The hike from Hollenfels to Larochette spans 27 kilometers and runs along the mighty fortress of Larochette, which has seemingly dominated the valley of the White Ernz since the eleventh century. Larochette is a surprisingly small town with a majority of Portuguese and Cape Verdean population. The main square, La Bleiche, invites for a break and resembles a southern agora.
