Iceland

A 10-day trip with rental car through Iceland. From Brussels it is a 3-hour flight to Reykjavik. We largely followed the well-known ring road 1. We drove about 1650 km to the 2nd largest city in Iceland: Akureyri. From here we took a domestic return flight to Reykjavik and visited this city for our return trip. We made this trip in July 2016. We booked 2 excursions : a glacier tour and a guided jeep day trip to the Ashka volcano.

The average temperature was about 15°C.
We only had 1 rainy day in these 10 days.
