Description by the author

The Argolid Peninsula is one of the most beautiful parts of the Peloponnesos. And it is filled with Greek history. From your school time, you might remember Mycene, Corinthand Epidavros. But this route gets you also along the picturesque Elionari where the famous purple dye was made from snails. This route contains one of the most beautiful coastal routes in Greece. And also one of the most curved routes which are great to do by motorbike (in a car you might get a bit dizzy). Although technically just outside the Argolid Peninsula, I also included Nimea, because it is one of the greatest wine regions in Greece. Take yout time for this route (I recommend at least 5 days). Stays where you like it.
