Routing Motor - nicest
I rode this route on 06/06/21 and I found it pretty interesting, with many ascends and descends through narrow and sparsely used roads. Plenty of turns, sharp, wide, going up or down, enough to have a lot of fun. On many stretches of those woodland roads traffic is almost non-existent, even on Sunday.
The route is not very fast, too many blind corners, sand or gravel on the road and wet and slippery in places.
Some stunning views and few places to stop for lunch or coffee. One of those places is near Boxhill village, a Ryka's Cafe. By the Boxhill offers wide open views and an interesting zig-zag road.
Another place to stop by might be the William IV in Brook or some other pubs in Shere. The William IV feel a bit upmarket but still popular with tables being booked.
