Description by the author

The name Sevenoaks comes from the Anglo-Saxon word Seouenaca, this was a small chapel near seven oak trees in what is today Knole Park. Discover Knole Park and the surrounding forests with this walk. The route starts at the train station of Sevenoaks and takes you along the Knole country house through the woods to Godden Green. The majority of the route goes through wooded landscape, making it ideal for enjoying the silence and tranquility!
