Description by the author

Derby is a city centrally located in England about 63 kilometers northeast of Birmingham. The city was founded by the Romans as Derventio and remained throughout history an important center for those who dominated the country at that time. Derby was also one of the centers that can be designated as the birthplace of the industrial revolution. This rich history has ensured that Derby has been able to build a beautiful center in which sights such as the Derby Cathedral, the Derby War Memorial and the Derby River Gardens will ensure that a trip to this city will not be forgotten!
