Description by the author

Knaresborough is a northern English town located approximately 30 kilometers north of Leeds. The city lies on the river Nidd, which has deeply carved into the landscape and thus ensures that a unique city is created that is located on the higher plain, the steep slope and in the lower valley. This combination has created many unique sights that will all be visited during this walk. These eye-catchers are the Mother Shipton Cave, the Castle of Knaresborough, the Viaduct of Knaresborough, ... and a full arsenal of other top locations.
