Description by the author

A delightful gentle ride form the shore of the UK's largest lake, to pretty white abbey on the shores of Belfast Lough. I'd intended to follow NCR9/93, but got it a bit wrong after Moira. However, a few hill to Lisburn and then onto Belfast by the Laggan Canal. Beautiful leisure cycling. Passing close to the Titanic Centre and taking in the long wall of Belfast's old docks, before heading out along the coast to finish at Whiteabbey railway station. i was heading for the ferry form Larne, so got the train from there.
