Description by the author

From car park near Bryncir, along Lon Eifion for a short distance then, using mostly quiet country lanes, through Dolbenmaen, Golan, Criccieth (take a short detour here if you want to spend time on the beach), Llanystumdwy (birthplace of David lloyd George) before returning gradually to the starting point. The dogs in the farmyard near the end of the loop will bark and chase as you go through the farmyard (which is a right of way) - but they wont bite! 19 miles
