Description by the author

55 mile circular route avoiding major roads along the north slope of the Cotswold ridge and the relatively flatter area of south Warwickshire.
Starting Kingham, the route undulates through Chastleton, Little Compton and up past the Rollright stone circle. Heading towards Banbury through Swerford and Wiggington then looping east through Bloxham and Adderbury, briefly along the unavoidable A4260 to Bodicote and back to Broughton. Returning via Allerton, Upper Tysoe and Lower Brailles to Long Compton then Barton on the Heath and back through Chastleton to Kingham. Lots of little ups and downs but no difficult or long climbs so a good training route in the pleasant scenery of Middle England.
