Description by the author

The cycle route is 60km in length and follows forest roads through Ballintempo, Carrigan, Big Dog, Conagher and Lough Navar Forests. The trail is a coarse gravel trail and is not deemed suitable for family friendly cycling or road cyclists.

The route is part of Cuilcagh Lakelands UNESCO Global Geopark and meanders though some of the best natural heritage that the Geopark has to offer including Megalithic tombs, upland loughs, and towering inland cliffs.

The route can be completed in one linear route or, smaller looped sections are available at Ballintempo Forest and Lough Navar Forest.

There are rest stops and bike locks along the route, but you are advised to have enough food, water, and puncture repair supplies in your kit before embarking on this trail.
