In distance short but brisk mountain tour. Some very tough climbs with occasional scrambling but no alpine experience or equipment needed.
The terrain is very diverse, from extremely rocky terrain to soggy swampy in the lower parts. Waterproof mountain shoes is a must.
Occasionally there are paths but not always. A GPS is indispensable. Pre-download map!
The viewpoints are breathtakingly beautiful. Fantastic view of the typical highland area and the islands in the sea. Not recommended in fog or low clouds.
