The Visperterminen chapel trail is easily one of the most magnificent in the Valais. These paths are also called "Sacri monti" and originated in Piedmont and Lombardy. A chairlift links Visperterminen to Giw (2000m). Along the way you can visit ten rosary chapels, all of which lead to the "Mariä Heimsuchung" chapel. Go past the "Waldkapelle" forest chapel and follow the chapel path back to the village.
