From the Coupure you cycle towards the Keizerspark, via the Reep where since last year, after more than 60 years, the Scheldt and the Leie flow together again. Follow the towpath along the Scheldt and cycle towards the Gentbrugse Meersen, known for the Birth Forest and the impressive panorama on top of the peace monument. In the village of Huyghe Brewery, Melle order the famous pink elephant beer Delirium Tremens. Amid the green Citadel Park, visit Ghent's two leading museums: the Museum of Fine Arts (MSK) and the S.M.A.K.
