Night of Bocholtz

This hiking classic of the hiking association NOAD from Bocholtz is no longer organized. This route was organized for several years and was hiked in groups, so this tour had to be started in the evening and mostly done at night.

Now it is possible to walk during the day and enjoy the beautiful area. It's a tough journey because there are a number of hills that need to be taken. There is plenty to see and enjoy along the way.

The route leads from the bouldering village of Bocholtz to the three-country point in Vaals and via the Aachen Forest and the Himmelsleiter to the Belgian city of Raeren, where the tour leads to well-known and lesser-known but beautiful places. Finally, we return to Bocholtz via Vaalsbroek and Holset.
