Description by the author

Start: Bommershoven
Distance: 51 km
Height: 312 m

Description: Completely within the junction system: nice trip through the undulating Flemish Haspengouw with a detour to the Walloon part of Belgium. It passes through arable and fruit growing areas, but at the same time the landscape has a lot of greenery, forest areas, avenues, stream valleys and hedge paths. Numerous old farms and castles adorn the route and there are several places to stop for a drink. A number of short climbs, but they do not require sporting performance. Only once is it briefly about gravel.

Stations: Bommershoven, Bollenberg, Voort, Mettekoven, Groot-Gelmen, Klein-Gelmen, Gelinden Batsheers, Opheers, Bergilers, Oreye, Thys, Crisnée, Odeur, Herstappe, Lauw, Vechmaal, Heks, Bommershoven

Worth seeing: site of the former Roman villa, Chateau de la Motte,

Overbroek Nature Reserve, Sint-Pieter Vechmaal Chapel, Heks Castle
