This beautiful walk is an ode to Damien's former life. You pass by the Onze-Lieve-Vrouw church in Tremelo, where little Jozef De Veuster was baptized, along the slow roads over which he stepped to his school in Werchter, and of course along his birthplace that is now a contemporary experience center. Along the way you can enjoy a nice piece of Laak valley and beautiful wide views along the Dijle.
