On the beer and beet route you cycle from beer village Hoegaarden to sugar town Tienen and back. On the way, you cross Rosdel nature reserve and pass Hakendover. Stop in Hoegaarden and Tienen and learn all about the famous white beers, Tienen sugar and everything else they have in store.

Among the many orchards of apples and pears, it's great to take a break. As such, this is one of the fruit-image bike routes!
