Le Grand Large by Péronnes is one of the must-see destinations for a stroll along the water in Picardy Wallonia. This 45-hectare artificial lake that regulates the water level between the Scheldt and the Nimy-Blaton canal is ideal for cycling tours on the RAVeL (green route). This 14.4km circuit along the new canal and into the woods is ideal for families with young children, most of the circuit is not accessible to motorists. Aachen and the boat lifts liven up the trip.
