Crossing through the woods to the airport of Saint-Hubert

This route is based on the yellow MTB route of Saint-Hubert (route 1) that it originally followed. The intention is to use the (glider) airfield of Saint-Hubert as a stopping point.

That is why in Vesqueville the route is deviated for the first time to eventually arrive at the (glider) airport along the old military airport at the highest point in the area (590m). Wonderful to watch the gliders ... admit it: it has something ...

Then at full speed down to Saint-Hubert.

Starting point is the roundabout with the statue of the deer with the cross between the horns. Plenty of space to park! You can rent an MTB a little further in the center at Rental e-MTB | Ardennes Florenville & St-hubert | E-Scape Bike (escapebike.be)

The trails are all double track with bits of asphalt in between.
