This is not a complete hike but a packraft route. This beautiful walking route starts at the Nisramont Dam (there is also a car park) and follows the red signs. You will pass by Lake Nisramont, the viewpoint of Avolare Les Deux Ourthes and further upstream along the Ourthe Orientale. Once at the bridge where you can cross the river, my walking route stops and I used a packraft to return. If you wish, you can of course continue walking and follow the red signs. This walk then goes all the way around until you find yourself at the Nisramont Dam.
