Hünningen - Mürringen

Departure from B&B Silberhütte for a beautiful walk, partly in the forest, partly in open meadow landscapes, with beautiful panoramas. The GR56 is partially followed. Starting from the B&B Silberhütte, we walk along the edge of Mürringen on quiet roads and almost immediately have a beautiful view of the forest and the Holzwarche nature reserve. At the Weißer Stein car park, with picnic facilities, we briefly approach Weißer Stein, but quickly turn right onto the smaller road for a landscape of alternately logged pine forest and pieces of Holzbruckvenn marsh. Towards the end of the walk, we leave the forest and enjoy the open grassland landscape again. From the Bilderberg wind farm we have a beautiful view of the B&B Silberhütte. Arriving at the forest chapel, we return by road (very low traffic) along the outskirts of Hünningen.
Very quiet, suitable for children and dogs, not suitable for wheelchairs, possibly more sporty strollers.
