Hünningen-Honsfeld-Buchholz

Starting from the B&B Silberhütte, you walk along the outskirts of Hünningen to Honsfeld and enjoy the beautiful landscape of meadows between the two villages. You stop in Honsfeld and resume the walk with the yellow rectangle and choose the vast landscape on the edge of the Honsfelder Venn. Then you dive into the forest, beeches, pines and mixed forests. Near Holzheim, you exchange the yellow rectangular promenade for the green window as it follows the river closer, crosses it and goes up again on the other bank in the direction of Hünningen. After Buchholz, you can resume on the promenade of the yellow rectangle. So you can make a shortcut by continuing to follow the yellow rectangles. Once you pass Buchholz, you no longer follow the marked hiking trails, or at least not systematically. At the forest chapel in Hünningen, you take the paved road in front of you when you have the forest chapel at your back. At the intersection, turn right.

The walk takes place largely on unpaved roads or paved forest roads. Short for a piece on the GR56.

There is no restaurant along the way, pic-and plenty of drinks are definitely needed. Unfortunately, there are also few benches on the way, only the 2 that are marked on the course.
