Turnhout - cycle route 1

With good weather, the cycling season invariably starts to get going. Also in Turnhout and surroundings you can easily cycle a lot of beautiful kilometers in the legs. Jump on your steel steed and explore the region during this beautiful tour 'Around Turnhout'. We take you from Turnhout to Oud-Turnhout, past Kasterlee, Lichtaart and so via Tielen to the starting location. The roads are mostly flat and run along a varied landscape of meadows and forests.

Along the way you will come across several benches where you can have a picnic or just enjoy the peace and quiet.

We have mapped out some cycling routes along the junction network. Don't forget to write down the numbers beforehand or download your gpx file for your bike computer.

Cycle route 1 goes from Turnhout to Oud-Turnhout, Kasterlee, Lichtaart and Tielen.

You can park in the parking lot at the Stadspark in the Papenbruggestraat. Along the main drive in the park you can easily reach the junction network. Here you follow junction 48.
