From the center of Keerbergen you can easily reach the largest nature reserve in the municipality on foot. The Broekelei walk is 5 km long and marked with WHITE-RED HEXAGONAL SIGNS.
Be sure to take a look at the 'Spuibeek walk' on this site. It is an adventurous variant of the Broekelei walk, so you walk less on paved roads and more in nature

The Spuibeek walk is an adventurous variant of the Broekelei walk. Closer to nature, this walk makes a 4.5 km long loop along the most fascinating places of the Broekelei, Keerberg's largest nature reserve. Indication with YELLOW HEXAGONS and the Natuurpunt logo. If you take a leisurely walk early in the morning or at dusk in the evening, there is a chance of spotting deer.
