This route starts at the foot of the tower of the Grote Kerk of Scherpenzeel.
Once we leave the built-up area in a northerly direction, we enter the Scherpenzeel Estate, whose farms are recognizable by the blue-white shutters. The tour goes over unexpectedly beautiful avenues with surprising bodies and we cross the provincial border with Utrecht. Using a part of the Dashorsterpad (Klompenpad) we then pass the Valleikanaal which we cross at the Roffelaarsstuw, part of the Grebbelinie.
After the junction with the old railway route of the Amersfoort – Nijmegen line, the village of Woudenberg comes into view. Musing away for a while, standing in front of the fence of the former Ridderhofstad Groenewoude, before walking into Woudeberg. The route ends at the town hall from 1936.
