Today a hike in Luxembourg's Switzerland. The start is at the parking lot of the Consdorfer Mühle. Goldkaul, Goldfralay, Eulenburg as well as Schelmelay and Ramelay are the names of some of the rocks that this tour passes. The peculiar names often go back to myths and legends. Due to the weathering processes, some of the sandstone rocks look like bizarre figures or faces. The Schiessentümpel is a picturesque waterfall on the Black Ernz. The water shoots in three streams over a rock edge into a rock basin below, and then continues its course towards the village of Müllerthal.
Weathering processes have introduced honeycomb and groove-shaped patterns into the rocks in many places, turning them into individual works of art. The tour is challenging, but has a lot of OHHHHH experiences.
