2002 was the cycling year for Circuit Zolder. Both the World Road Championships and the Cyclo-cross World Championships took place here.
This recreational route leads you from the Circuit of Zolder to Hasselt and then to Bokrijk where you can cycle 'In the wheel of the Sixties'. Via the Wijers - the land of 1001 ponds - you drive through a beautiful setting back to the 'cycling temple of Limburg'.
